You can add or delete users at anytime, and if you are having a party, you can turn the biometric function off so that the door lock opens freely. This lockset is designed to fit any door with a thickness from 1 5/32″ to 2 3/8″, and the door handle is reversible for right or left handed applications. An infrared (IR) remote is also included with this lockset, allowing you to wirelessly unlock the door from inside your home or business while relaxing on your couch or sitting at a desk. The remote is uniquely coded to the door lock and will work from up to 15 meters away.
